Shakira Cambridge Concert reviews
Musiq Sucked...Lyfe and Avery we amazing
Lyfe stole the show. Kindred the Family Soul was amazing. She sounded like she was using auto tune. Avery Sunshine was terrible. Lastly, Shakira, the head liner, was good but the husband tried a hip hop approach and it wasn't the right audience for that. I didn't know he could sing that well. The wife was ok. I like his approach to only having 25 minutes to perform. It gave us snippets of his catalog in a short time frame. He would start the beginning of a song and act as if the audience didn't know the song. She has great vocals. It didn't sound good at all. The music was way too loud. I assume it was cause they knew she didn't sound good. After the butchering of "Love", my wife and I left upset and frustrated with Shakira's performance. And many guests starting leaving. She didn't have background singers and I could tell why. She butchered several of my favorite songs including "Love".
